Below are a list of FAQs:
- Are helmets, pads, or other safety equipment required at RAD?
- Helmets are required (even if you are 18+). We also ask that helmets remain properly buckled. Pads and other safety equipment are not required, but are encouraged.
- Do I have to sign a waiver?
- YES. Everyone has to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, your parents must sign the waiver at the park, or have it notarized. If you are over 18, you must complete the waiver before participation.
- Is there still skating allowed during music shows/events?
- Usually skating is permitted during shows/events. The section that is used for the event is typically closed, and the rest of the park remains available for skating. In the rare case the the park will not be available for skating, it will be indicated on the "CALENDAR" page of our website. When in doubt, just give us a call.
- Does RAD have age requirements?
- Yes. Children under age 6 are not permitted to skate without a parental supervision.
- Can I ride BMX, razr scooter, or other apparatus at RAD?
- Yes. BMX bikes and Razr Scooters are allowed at RAD, as long as they are ridden respectfully. All participants need to mindful & respectful of others skaters and riders.
